Survey terms & conditions

These terms and conditions (Survey Terms) form a legal agreement between you ("Respondent" or "you") and Carbon Six Digital Limited trading as Rubber Cheese ("Rubber Cheese")as the provider of the Rubber Cheese Visitor Attraction Website Survey

• Rubber Cheese Limited is a wholly owned subsidary of Carbon Six Digital Limted.
• Rubber Cheese issues an annual survey of visitor attraction websites ("Survey"), and produces statistics, reports and other content (Content) based on the responses received.
• Rubber Cheese will issue you with a survey, and you will be invited to complete the survey and may, receive an incetive in exchange for completing the survey fully. Incentives may include a prize draw, a donation to charity, early access to Content or exclusive events
• Respondents provide responses to surveys including text, data and images ("Respondent Content").
• We shall own and retain all right, title, Intellectual Property Rights and interest in and to all the Respondent Content, irrespective of the means by which it is contributed. You assign to us all rights you may have in all Respondent Content, including all Intellectual Property Rights in it. You acknowledge that you won’t retain any moral rights (the rights of integrity and attribution) in Respondent Content.
• We will process any personal information you provide in line with our Privacy Notice.
• We may share Respondent Content with our sponsors and partners. Respondent Content will always be anonymised before being shared with our sponsors and partners, and will always be aggregated before being shared publicly.
• This agreement is intended to contain your entire agreement with us relating to the Survey.
• This Agreement (and any non-contractual obligations relating to or connected with this Agreement) is governed by English law. You and we each agree that the English courts have the jurisdiction for any disputes that arise in connection with this Agreement.
